Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions you may have.

blank
When is the RSVP deadline?

July 1st, 2026

How can I RSVP?

You can RSVP right on our website by filling out the form above!

Can I bring a date?

Check your invite for a +1. If you don’t have a guest or +1, unfortunately we can not accommodate additional people.

Are kids welcome?
If your invitation says, “and family” yes they are welcome. If not, unfortunately they are not due to size of venue.
What’s the dress code?

Semi-formal attire.

Semi-formal attire for weddings is a notch below cocktail but still calls for a neat and put-together look. Midi dresses are a great choice since they fall between the knee and ankle, giving an elegant yet relaxed vibe. Tea-length dresses, which are a bit longer and fall just above the ankle, add a vintage touch that suits this dress code.

If you’re looking for something easy to wear and flattering, a wrap dress in a solid color or simple print works well. You could also opt for a sheath dress with a fitted, streamlined design. For a more modern twist, a tailored jumpsuit can be incredibly chic. To keep the look semi-formal, stick to classic colors like jewel tones or pastels and avoid overly casual fabrics like denim or jersey.

Men should go with dress pants and a button-down shirt, adding a tie they’d like. Think of it as dressing nicely without being over the top.

What to avoid: Ball gowns and tuxedos are too formal for this setting. The vibe here is put-together but not too fancy, perfect for daytime events or slightly upscale dinners.

Where do I park?
It’s about 2 miles in from the road. Stay to the right and you will go over a hill. Follow the signs to the open parking area.
How do I get to the venue?

Go to the travel section for directions!

Is it indoors or outdoors?
It is outdoors. Tahoe can get cool at night, even in the summer, so being an extra layer! There will be outdoor heaters.
What shoes should I wear?
Ones that you will be comfortable in!
Can I take pictures during the wedding?
No. We want an unplugged ceremony. We have paid good money for our photographer and videographer. Let them capture the moment. We want everyone to be present.
What time should I arrive?
Between 2pm-2:30pm. If guests arrive late they will not be allowed to watch the ceremony.
How do I check-in if I booked a glamping tent?
We have someone checking everyone in. Follow the signs to park your car. You can check in before the ceremony from 11:30-2:30.
Is there a color I should avoid?
The color of the bridesmaid’s dresses is olive green. Please avoid that color.
Will there be activities?
During cocktail hour, there will be lots of games and interactive things for guests.
What if I’m hungry after dinner?
We have late night pizza made to order in a mobile pizza oven. It’s incredible!
Anything extra I need if I spend the night?
There is a 40 person hot tub! So bring a swim suit and towel!
Any restrictions?

Because we are in the woods, no open flames or fires. It is bear country so be mindful of trash. Everything needs to be in a garbage can and picked up.
